Administrative Support Analyst
Purpose of Job
We are currently seeking a talented Administrative Support Analyst for our fast-pace IT Firm. This position provides comprehensive support services and routine analysis to the Leadership team and detailed monthly reports to our client base. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations.
Performs comprehensive administrative duties in support of the department under general supervision. These functions include handling of confidential and time sensitive materials/information. Provides customer service to the internal team and/or external clients and participates in problem resolution.
Develops and maintains moderately complex spreadsheets. Maintains data sources for departmental records and management information reporting.
Create daily, weekly and monthly reports to Canvas IT’s client base reflecting previous day/week/month data.
May act as resource for service desk technicians for administrative functions.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Five years’ progressive administrative support work experience.
Proven ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, analyzing and resolving confidential, difficult, and sensitive situations with grace, diplomacy and tact.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and to take initiative to resolve issues.
Polished and professional demeanor in person, online and via phone with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong spelling and grammatical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to effectively partner with all levels of management, employees and external clients.
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Proven mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
Strong organizational skills with experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Bachelors degree and or continuing professional development
Proven problem solver with experience leveraging partnerships to find solutions
Experience supporting Executive Management
Financial/Healthcare Services industry experience
